Can we purchase a supply only shelter?
Yes of course you can all of our products can be purchased supply only, your quotation will break down the cost to supply & delivery with the additional cost for installation.
What materials are used for your shelters?
We use steel box section or tube depending on the style of shelter. We use PET sheets that are UV stable and graffiti resistant on all of our shelters.
How much of a disruption will the installation cause?
Our operations manager will work with you every step of the way to ensure that when the site team arrive on site to install your cycle shelter they will cause as little disruption as possible to your working day, in fact you will hardly notice they are on site (apart from when they ask for a cuppa), our site teams have worked all over the UK for schools and construction firms so they are well versed in working efficiently and ensuring they do not disturb your working day and once completed they leave the site clean and tidy.
What bike shelter suits my needs best?
We have a cycle shelter to suit every budget, they come in many different shapes & sizes; we can put together a quote for a single shelter type, or we can put together a quote covering all of our bike storage shelters.
What bike shelter would suit my school best?
We supply cycle shelters for schools in different styles and shapes, our most popular is the Carolina cycle shelter and for infant schools it would be the Carolina mini bike shelter.

How many bikes can a shelter store?
All of our standard bike shelters store 10 cycles using a toast rack style rack, you can add extra bays to your shelter to increase the storage capacity and use.
What is the lead time on shelters?
We fabricate all of our shelters in house to order, our average powder coat lead time is 3-4 weeks, for our bike shelters. However, if you require a quicker turn around please contact our sales team. School holidays are always are busiest period but we will work with you to ensure we install your shelter at a time that suits you best, including weekends and bank holidays.
Why do you ask for a post code on your enquiry form?
We ask for your post code, so that we can give you an accurate installation and delivery cost.
What costs will my quote include?
Your quote will cover all costs, including the shelter, delivery & installation (if installation is required). We don’t believe in ‘commission driven sales’ so once you receive your quotation we will give you a friendly phone call to ensure the quotation is correct and covers everything you need.
Once I have ordered my shelter how long will it be until installation?
Once you have ordered you shelter our operations manager will discuss with you available installation date. The size of your shelter and the type of installation will dictate how long your installation will take, for example a 10 cycle shelter will take 1 day to install. All of our site teams and site surveyors are CRB checked and hold CCNSG cards.
Can a shelter be bolted down onto tarmac?
No you cannot bolt a shelter straight onto Tarmac, concrete pockets would need to be cast first. You can bolt straight on to existing concrete.
What colours are available for my shelter?
We have a standard RAL colour chart on our website, we powder coat our shelter to this chart as standard, but we can paint to non – standard RAL colours for an additional fee.
Can the shelter be used for other uses?
Yes of course they can, our cycle shelters can also be used as a pram shelter, Scooter shelter, it can even be fitted out with lockers to safely store cycle helmets etc. Our pram shelters are also large enough to double as a parent waiting shelter.
Will the shelter require cleaning?
We suggest that you clean you shelter every few weeks with warm soapy water (non- abrasive cleaner), a jet washer is also ideal to clean the bike shelter.
