Solar Lighting

Solar lights are becoming more and more popular

With energy costs on the rise, many consumers are considering alternative energy options for their schools or business, one easy way to use alternative energy to have solar lights fitted into your shelter or canopy.

Solar lamps recharge during the day, and at dusk they turn on automatically when activated via a PIR (Passive Infra-Red) sensor that is installed inside your canopy or shelter.  The light can be set to stay on for a set amount of time before they turn off, depending on how much sunlight they receive during the day, discharging time is generally 8 to 10 hours.  With no bulbs to change or wiring to replace having these lights installed in your structure will only be a benefit, once they are installed you can forget about maintenance as you enjoy your environmentally friendly light source
